Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Fine art prints and printed products are made to order and require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Custom artwork and commissioned pieces require approximately 2–4 weeks for creation before shipping.

Estimated shipping times after production:

• U.S.: 3–7 business days for prints, 2-6 weeks for commissions.

• International: 7–15 business days for prints, 2-6 weeks for commissions.

  
  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so I can assist.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because each piece is created or produced to order, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed

Custom artwork and commissioned pieces are non-refundable once work has begun.
