About this piece: This whole series started from a tiny experimental mix of colors that I didn't initially love, so I let it sit for at least a year (honestly, probably two). When organizing the art room / office, I came rediscovered and decided to add a line of trees. Then some stars, Then a constellation. On a whim, I submitted it to an art licensing company and the woman processing the piece wrote back specifically about that one. It inspired me. So I started creating the whole series. Some with views up from the ground, like this one, some looking out on a skyline. And all (but two) with a subtle constellation glinting in the vibrant sky. Aquarius humans - this one is for you!
